I am looking to solve a mystery! In the 1881 Census we find Edouard born 1853, a baker, in St-Sébastien, Iberville Co., Québec with his wife Edessa born in 1857. They have with them a little orphan girl named Alphonsine PHANEUF or FANEUF. Well she is orphan of mother but her father lives with another family. I am looking for information on little Alphonssine who is 2 years old.
