JOHN J. SULLIVAN
FUNERAL WILL BE
HELD TOMORROW
The funeral of John J. Sullivan, re-
tired captain of the Chicago fire de-
partment, will be held at 10 a. m. to-
morrow from the residence at 5316
Adams street to Resurrection church.
Capt. Sullivan, a veteran of the Iro-
quois theater fire of 1903, the stock
yards fire of 1910 and the Eastland
steamship disaster of 1915, died at his
home Monday night.He had retired
from the fire department in 1933 after
34 years of service.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Cath-
erine Sullivan; two sons, The Rev.
John F. Sullivan and Robert D. Sulli-
van; and two daughters, Mary M.
Sullivan and Sister Mary Cecil.
