Bethanne,
I was able to get to City Archives today. Edward J Bolger, currier, born Ireland married Mary A Sullivan, born England, October 22, 1882. I believe they were married Old St Joseph's Church. The priest had either F or T J. O'Neill. If you want the marriage record you have to contact Philadelphia Archdiocesan History Research Center, and go to their website. This record will not give you an address only witnesses and Priest who performed the ceremony. Edward Bolger or Bulger was not on the 1890 city directory.
Betty
