Annie born June 22, 1897 at 22 Marston, Lawrence
Mary born May 27, 1900 at 22 Marston, Lawrence
Margaret born Aug. 27, 1903 at 22 Marston, Lawrence

Charles Madden died Jan. 27, 1910 at 3 Prospect St., Lawrence. Age 15 yrs. School boy. Born in Lawrence. Parents Charles Madden & Margaret Sullivan born in Ireland. Buried at Immaculate Conception in Lawrence. Undertaker John Breen, 371 Oak St. Primary cause of death was acute miliary tuberculosis. Secondary cause was pertussis. Treated from Dec. 1 to Jan. 27 by J.F. Howard, M.D., of Lawrence.

By the way, The one type of document I have found that usually will list a more specific place of birth than Ireland for my Irish immigrants was naturalization papers.

Also, Ireland "Free State" is the Republic of Ireland, or non-British ruled part.
