Treated from Dec. 1 to Jan. 27 by J.F. Howard, M.D., of Lawrence.
By the way, The one type of document I have found that usually will list a more specific place of birth than Ireland for my Irish immigrants was naturalization papers.
Also, Ireland "Free State" is the Republic of Ireland, or non-British ruled part.
