The name of the wife is "Ann" NOT "Tim". This Tim has been published and then repeated. If you look very carefully at the census and look at other surrounding females named Ann, you'll see what I mean. Look at the capital "A" in other names.
This John and Ann Sullivan, of Duval Co, FL, are NOT the parents of Andrew Jackson and Henry Morgan Sullivan. Their parents are John and Nancy Sullivan, who migrated from Montgomery Co, GA to Appling Co, GA and then to Columbia Co, FL. Here are some notes on John and Nancy Sullivan:
1811/1812: John Sellavant, of District 54, appears in Montgomery County tax digest.
03/06/1812: William Sullivant sold to Able Akredge the 100 acres on Pendleton Creek for $299. John Sullivant and William(or John) Sullivant witnessed the deed. Recorded in Montgomery Co, GA Deed Book H, page 135-7.
1812: John Williamson had surveyed 578 acres, bounded N.E. by Pendleton Creek. Witnesses: John Williamson and John Sullivan. Recorded in Montgomery Co, GA.
1816: John Sullivan selected as a petit juror in Montgomery Co, GA.
1816: Jno (John) Sulivan received a land grant of 200 acre in Emanuel Co, GA, recorded in Grant Book K-5, page 742.
1820: John Sullivan (M26-45) appears as head of a family in Emanuel Co, GA Census, page 80. Also enumerated are F16-26,F10-16,3M<10,F<10.
1827: John Sullivan, an illegitimate of District 51 in Montgomery Co, GA, won land lot 75 in district 3 in sect 1 in Lee Co, GA. Could this be the son of William Brantley Mosley Jr?
1830: John Sulivan (M30-40) appears as head of a family in District 58 in Emanuel Co, GA Census, page 177. Also enumerated are F30-40,F20-30,M15-20, M10-15,F10-15,M5-10,F5-10,2M<5.
1/28/1831: Emanuel Co, GA-John Sullivant, of Emanuel Co, GA, sold to Daniel N. Little, of Lee Co, GA, for $100, Lot 102/10 in Houston Co, GA. See Houston Co, GA Deed Book E, page 305. 1850: John Sr and Ann Sullivant appear in the Thomasville District in the Duval Co, FL Census, page 117B. Who is this?
1860: Nancy Sullivant (F59) appears within the family of Thomas and Anny Nobles in Waldo area in Alachua Co, FL census, page 11. Her son Francis (M20) also is enumerated within this family.

1838: Jackson Sulevant served in the Ware Co, GA Mounted Militia from 6/9/1838 to 8/19/1838 under Capt. James A. Sweat. His commander was Thomas Hilliard, thought to be the brother of his first wife.

1848: Jackson Silivant appears in tax digest of Alachua Co, FL. Assessed for poll tax only.

1860: Henry M. (M32) and Rebecca (F33) Sullivan appear as heads of a familyin Clay Co, FL census, page 023.
1861-1862: Henry Morgan Sullivant enlisted 9/28/1861 at Fernandina, rose to the rank of 3rd Corporal in Company A in the 10th Florida Infantry of the CSA, but was reduced 5/12/1862. He deserted 9/26/1862 from St. Johns Bluff. He applied for a Florida pension after the war.
