Hi, I think I have a link with their son Benjamin. What is your source for the children. My Benjamin was born April 1832 Lancaster. Looking through census records I noticed Isaac Sr., Benjamin, Andrew and Amos were all Coopers in Strasburg in 1870. I thought this was more than a coincidence. I have been unable to locate any of them in 1850 or 1860.
