There was an "earlier" Johnson Suit who was s/o Benjamin Suite and Milley. He had to be born bef. 1792 and fought with brother, Augustin Suite in the War of 1812 in Dinwiddie Co VA.

Benjamin Suite was son of Dent Suite (who moved to Granville Co NC aft 1786 and who d. 1792 leaving a will in St. Mary's Co MD --not sure where he "physically" died at. He was still in Granville NC in the 1790 census as was John Suite.

Benjamin Suite died 1809 in ST. Mary's Co MD, but had been in Caswell Co NC in 1803 for the estate sale of Thomas Langley. Also found at the same sale was Henry Burch--possibly the one who married a Suite as well.

After Benjmain died in 1809, his widow "Milley" is found in Dinwiddie Co VA whre sons Johnson Suite and Augustin Sutie fought in the War of 1812. After the War, Milley returend to MD.

Benjamin must have been married 2x as daughter, Victoria was 1776 and married Joseph Harrison and moved to VA/WV. Benjamin was still having children until right before he died. KElita wasn't born until 1806 and was living with a Joseph CArter in 1830. Then he moved to Ohio and then he returned to MD.

MIldred came back to MD after ther War of 1812. A man named Wiliam Suite was still found in Caswell Co NC in 1817 owing money to Jesse Carter's estate. I think he was also a son of Benjamin.

Sadly, Benjamin never finished writing his own will and a clergyman helped finish it saying it was too late.

I think Ralph Suite was possibly Benjamin's son because Ralph also named is son Johnson.

Was Milley a Johnson? Was William Suite who married Mary JOhnson, d/o Samuel JOhnson somehow closely connected to Benjamin?

Dent Suit's wife was Eleanor but no one knows her maiden name either. People think it may have been Dent, but no proof. Perhaps she was also a Johnson??

Anyway, I am trying to find out as much about Benjamin Suite as possible and how he connects to James Suite, my ancestor.

I am also related to Benjamin via (I think)his daughter Mary Elizabeth Suite was possibly the one who married William Scott.

Does nayone have further information on any of Benjamin's children?

He lived next door to Benjamin Banner in 1800 and I "think" Benjamin's sister, Anna married my James Suite (possibly 2nd wife) as first wife may have been named REbecca Harrison. I am still seeking as much evidence and proof as possible. Anna Banner was d/o Peter Banner who moved to Barnwell Co SC and Elizabeth Wood (d/o Samuel Wood and Ann Briscoe.) I am also seeking more information on this family as well.
