CHICKEN, George, fl 1705 SC

I would appreciate some discussion on spelling variations for SHUGAN.

I wondered if anyone had ever found anything on a George by that name?

I have noted a Charlotte MACK MOAK MONK.

I've noted a MONK with an early interest in mining for iron ore in SC.

I wondered if there are any indications of a SUGARS interest in mining?

Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
