I suspect that you are right about these folks but I have no info on the time they were in Indiana and Illinois. My family were there in the 1840s after moving to Bartholomew Co in the 1830s from Lincoln Co, KY, where the families had lived for 20-30 years from Virginia. They were in Adams Co, IN by 1845 and Lewis Co, MO by 1850. Although I have a lot on Lincoln Co KY and more on later MO, I have little on IN and IL. Sorry. Good luck.
