I looked up the marriage date for Charles Theodore and Babette, and it took place on January 9, 1871 in St. Clair County. Theodore Jr. married Lena Seib on October 29, 1902. There is another Stutz in the database-E.W. Stutz married Lulu Bechtold on March 31, 02 in St. Clair County on March 31, 1902. Was the first Charles married to someone else before Sophia Brick? If they married in 1859, there is no way that Sophia could be Charles Theodore's mother. Thanks, Katie Stutz
