I would like to add a few things, I have found out today.
Louis Jacob "Jake" Stutts was born Feb 29, 1872 and died October 1, 1948. His wife's name was MITTIE not MATTIE.
Mittle Lee Hill Stutts was born November 14, 1876 died October 15, 1915 . They are both buried in Campground Cem-- Poetry, TX (north of Terrell): also buried there, are sons Fletcher D. Stutts and Neely W. Stutts.

I still believe that this Louis Jacob Stutts is the son of William Wesley B. Stutts and Lucy Garner.
On the 1880 census of Lauderdale County, Alabama Jake Stutts is 8 years old.
