Another piece of the puzzle:
I have two letters that refer to an "Uncle Sturman" from people in the Norfolk area. From the dates of letters and ages of the writers I would put this person as being born around 1790-1810. He would be related to the parents of James Harry Moore who married Anna Hales in Norwich, Norfolk, England. I do not have a first name for Uncle Sturman, or the parents of James Harry Moore.

In the 1851 British Census of the Norfolk area, I found a James Sturman, Head, age 41, Dealer Markett Man, born in Bunwell, Norfolk, England married to a Susznnah. They are living in Bunwell, Depwade, Norfolk. He would be the right age for this "Uncle", but I have no other information. Perhaps he is one of the children from the marriages you listed.
