Your grandmother, Lola Sturdivant Tipton, was my aunt. My father is Jesse Boone Sturdivant, her half-brother. Their father was Jesse A.F. Sturdivant, born in TN and buried in AR (1923). Your grandmother originally gave the Bible into my care to save for my younger who later died. My father returned the Family Bible to yours before we made any copies of the info it contained. Is there a chance I could get copies from you? Also, I'd love to hear about any info you find on our family. If I'm not mistaken, we're decended from John Sturdivant who came to Virginia from England in about 1642.

Sincerely,

Ellen Sturdivant Stockstill
