Looking for information on the family of Emma Stuckey (10 Jun 1854 – 8 Nov 1878) & Cosmos Poorman (14 Oct 1850 – ????).
Found some articles and postings about this family on the internet. I appears that Emma died shortly into the marriage from a farming accident. Cosmos was so distraught by the death that he left his sons with Emma's parents, John & Mary Stuckey and went west. No additional information is found on Cosmos beyond that. Cosmos' name is spelled "Cosmus" in the 1880 census Pa Lebanon Annville and lists him as divorced.
