My great-grandfather (Roy E.) is the son of Albert O. Stucker - half brother to your great-grandfather, John. That would make Larkin & Jane Stucker my great - great - great grandparents. Please ignore the "greats" from my previous posting, so many, I get confused. This is the right verbage though. My grandmother was Roy's daughter.
