H.G. & Dorothy (Stucker) Rounds, 605 N. Oakland Ave, Pasadena, Los Angeles Co. CA; attended the Franklin Co. KS Picnic held at Hillcrest Park, Fullerton, Los Angeles Co. California. This list not dated, but would be between 1940-1947.
Also at the same address is: Mrs. N.E. Stucker.
For many years, a Franklin Co. KS picnic was held in the Los Angeles area with people connected to or from Franklin Co. KS attending.

ROUNDS, Howard G., b. 07/15/1894 KS, d. 2/28/1974 San Diego Co. CA. (CA Death Index).

Howard G. ROUNDS, married Dorothy Mae STUCKER 29 Aug 1920, Franklin Co. Kansas.

I am not of this family, tho my family from Franklin Co. Kansas attended these picnics.
