Sorry, I don't have any more on George W, but Sarah E Jeffers was born abt 1859, most likely in Wood County Ohio, daughter of John & Rebecka Jeffers. This appears to be her first marriage, so quite possibly also his first marriage. Do you have any George W's in the 1855-1860 birth range, living in Wood County Ohio in the 1880's?
I'm doing the same thing you are right now - trying to sort out the many duplicate names. I've only got 3 Sarah Jeffers, but 21 John Jeffers, not including the variations (Jeffries, Jeffreys, Jefferis, Jefferies . . .) Yes, I'd appreciate an invitation to the Stucker sites. Thanks.
