Am looking for any information of Benedict and Maria Rose (Affolter)Stuber, immigrated to America on the ship"London", arriving 8-August-1864 in New York.According to sons obituaries, Benedict became ill aboard the ship, and upon their arrival in New York, they took up a residence in Utica, Oneida Co., N.Y., where he died shortly after they settled in there. I have not been able to find out any other info. on Benedict from N.Y. Maria took the 3 boys and headed West, remarrying in Ill. to John Lepke. Migrated to Fall River, Greenwood County, Kansas and descendants remain there today. If anyone can be of help, please contact me at
