I found it! Chalmer Stubbs is buried in Bright Cemetery and I saw his headstone as we were leaving. If you enter the cemetery and veer off to the left, there is an overgrown path. You will find headstones in there. If you do, please let me know what all you find. We were in a time crunch,(had to catch a plane), but I could have stayed for hours. There is one particular stone, I will be happy to send a pic of. It has a hand on it with a finger pointing up and reads "gone to a better place". The birth date was 1802, I believe. I took a pic of it, but it is old and faded. I can't make out the details.
