Descendants of George Henry Stuart of New Zealand

I am researching my family history but am stuck at George Henry Stuart. This is what I have so far:

Born: 30 Aug 1825 Oxford England
Married: Helen (Ellen) Winton 1852 in Lyttleton, NZ
Died: 1 Nov 1894 Napier, NZ and is buried in Plot #599 in the Old Napier Cemetary

This is the only information we can find.

Would appreciate help from anyone that can trace his parents, etc. to help us get back to England! I am not sure on the Oxford England info, but is what I have found online.

Their son, William Henry Stuart married Nihipolases Henrici, daughter of Adolphus Fredrich Henrici.
