I’m looking for info on Stephen Strunk b. 1831 married Nancy C Ball b. ABT 1839. daughter of William Tunnel Ball b. 1817

Children from Stephen and Nancy:
James W Strunk b. abt 1866.

James W Strunk married Elizabeth (Lizzie) Kidd b. 1871

The mystery is that I believe there was a name change somewhere around 1900. from Strunk to Davenport. Can anyone help?
