Hi Kim,

I live in the New Orleans area, in the
United States. My grandmother was from
Ed,Sweden and her name was Walborg Stromberg.
I have located my cousins in the Gothenburg
area , and they said that the name Stromberg
came from our ancester Eric Eriksson Stromberg. He took the name "Stromberg",
from a village in Sweden called Stromsberg.
My granmother's parents were Aders Per Sromberg and Hantjen Adelaide Soffia Lippert
Stromberg. The family moved to Kungalv,Sweden
during the global depression in the 1920's.
I hope this helps you.If you think we might
be related, let me know and I will also put
you in touch with my cousin Soli in Sweden.

Best regards,
Michael Florane
