Settled in Lawrence Co, MS early 1800s.
I have finally gotten around to setting up a Mississippi Brinson page at Rootsweb World Connect, and another, with exact same info, at Tribal Pages.
There's over 400 Stringers' in the file, most descending from Simeon and Catherine Brinson Stringer with about 150 Brinsons' in the file.
Most Stringer information I have gathered from others hard work and researched very little myself.
I gathered info on the Mississippi Brinsons that didn't leave much of a paper trail and borrowed the rest from other Brinson researchers.

This file pertains to the three Brinsons', and descendants, that migrated from eastern Georgia early 1800s and settled in the southern counties of Mississippi,, Lawrence, Covington, Jasper, Rankin, and others.

I know there are errors and many gaps at this stage so Brinson descendants, researchers, etc, that's interested, please visit the sites and let me know what needs editing, any additions, and what dots need connecting, or even unconnecting.
