Does anyone have any information on Streiffs from Altviller, France? My gggrandmother was Barbe Streiff who married Jean Vani--both lived in Altviller. Information on documents I have received indicate her brother, Jean-Michel Streiff, emigrated to St. Louis, Missouri, in 1850. Have not been able to find a clue on him. Any help will be appreciated.
