I too have ties back to 1540 in Glarus through Peter Streiff of Diesbach. Tried to e-mail you directly in regards to possible family connections but mailings are returned as no-such-address. I am looking for immigration routes and destinations for these Glarus passengers. Let me know if you have such data.
