Henry Street, Lancaster Co., VA/Middlesex Co., VA

There was a chancery court case in Lancaster Co., VA that apparently ran from the late-1790s into the early-1800s and that involved Henry Street against John M. Smith (who was married to a Sarah). Does anyone know the lineage of this Henry Street (and was there some type of "family connection" between him and this Smith family)? Was this, by chance, the same Henry Street who had married Lucy Chowning (born circa-1759) over in Middlesex Co., VA?

There was a John Smith out of Middlesex Co., VA (the only son of Colonel Maurice Smith) who had a sister who married a James Chowning/Chewning, and it is at least possible that the above John M. Smith in this Lancaster court case was that same man (but no proof at this time). The son of Colonel Maurce Smith named John was living in Mathews Co., in 1800 (per a deed), versus in Lancaster County....but I don't know if the John M. Smith in the referenced court case was actually LIVING in Lancaster County at the time of the court case (I need to research that). John M. Smith did appear, however, on the 1810 Lancaster census (but he was gone by 1820). Any/all comments will be appreciated.
