joseph and elijah(brothers) came to alabama around 1830--
they were born in sc near camden--
their father's name was robert and their mother was elizabeth--
i am a gr gr gr grandson of joseph--
sounds like you may be from one of joseph's other sons or from elijah--
i have a good bit of info on my direct family line but not to much on the others--
where do you live-- i am in ms, some of the family went to texas and some stayed in alabama--
