The Strattons of Swansea were originally from "Uny Lelant" and "Phillack", in Cornwall England going as far back as 1744. Some of them settled in Swansea between 1830-1870.

I'm not aware of a connection to any Strattons from Scotland or any branches that include the name "Clarence Stratton".
