I am trying to establish a link between Sarah Stratton and Jacob Applegate. My great great great grandparents were Jacob and Sarah Applegate; I don't know for a fact that Stratton was Sarah's maiden name.
Jacob and Sarah had numerous children. Some of their children were Mary, Margaret, John, Pauline, Sarah J., Ella, Martha, and Josiah.
If anyone has access to A Book of Strattons and can find information to confirm that Sarah Applegate's maiden name was Stratton, I would appreciate it.
