Hello Mary Jo

I,too, am a descendant of Daniel Strang/Elizabeth Galpin
through Gabriel b.1754/55 in the fourth generation. It is good to find another Strang among these postings.

Gabriel of the LAR m. Cecelia Davidson

In the fifth generation son Gabriel m. Elizabeth Leatch and began a family bible which I have.

Sixth generation son Samuel m. Margaret Fitzgerald.

Seventh James m. Matilda Martin

Eighth James m. Margaret McCoy

Ninth Richard Strang (yours truly) m. Mary Lee Olsen.

I have the Charles Strange NYG&B records and the Newsletter and quite a bit about my Canadian ancestors. I'd be interested to see your line of descent and to discover where you live. It is just great that Chris Haviland has taken such an interest in all this.

Richard Strang
Centerville, Ohio
