I am showing two marriage records for this couple, Samuel Strahan and Lucy Jordan:

Name: S. A. Strahan
Marriage Date: 26 Jul 1858
Spouse: Lucy G. Jordan
Marriage County: Navarro
Marriage State: Texas
Source: Texas Marriages, 1814-1909

and

Name: S. A. Strahan
Gender: Male
Marriage Date: 26 Jul 1858
Spouse: Lucy S. Jordan
Marriage City: Tyler
Marriage State: Texas
Source: Texas Marriages, 1851-1900

Since their daughter Emma Zona (Zonie/Zonia) Stahan (Birth 2 Jul 1867; Death 19 Apr 1941, buried in the Jordan Cem, Honey Island, Hardin Co TX) was in Hardin County, and married Newton Jasper Nickelbur, would the Lucy S. Jordan marriage in Tyler Co be the correct one?

Newton Jasper & Zona are buried as "Mickelbur" in the cemetery and I think the error began with her death certificate having the wrong name as reported by Mrs. Sallie Flowers.

Zona's Death Certificate:
http://pilot.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html#toYear=1941;searchType=standard;surname=Mickelbur;p=recordResults;givenName=zona;placeId=2869;eventPlace=Hardin%2C%20Texas%2C%20United%20States

Newton Jasper's Death Certificate:
http://pilot.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html#p=recordResults;givenName=n%20j;placeId=2869;surname=Mickelbur;searchType=standard;eventPlace=Hardin%2C%20Texas%2C%20United%20States

You'll notice that on his, the surname is "Nickelbur", no parents listed and the informant is a Dan Sutton, however the headstone is with Mickelbur.

Newton is listed on Find a grave:
http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=35229753

as is Zona:
