Mary, I would like to ask you about your book. I have recently started researching my Stracener/Stracner line. My grandmother was Bertha Edna Stracner b 1895/6 in Centerridge, AR. Her father, Jordan, died 1896/7 and her mother, Elizabeth "Betty" Kirkley Stracner died 1900/01. Before Betty died, she found a family, the Blackwell's from Conway, AR to raise Bertha and her older sister Millie. There was another sister, Evie, who was already married to a Dickson and a brother, Henry, who married Nettie Fuquay from Van Buren County, AR. Bertha could not give me any more info than this because she was only 5 when her mother died. Are any of these people in your line of Straceners or your book? Thank you. Jo Dunn Sheppard
