1. Benson Stowe (James Stowe2, Warren Stowe1) was born ABT 1838 in Carnesville, GA, and died BEF 1920 in Carnesvillesville, Franklin Co., GA. He was buried in Gaines Methodist Chapel, Carnesville, GA. He married SinaAnn (Stowe) ABT 1860 in Carnesville, GA. She was born ABT 1832 in South Carolina, and died AFT 1920 in Carnesville, Franklin Co., GA. She was buried in Gaines Methodist Chapel, Carnesville, GA.

Children of Benson Stowe and SinaAnn (Stowe) are:
i. Amanda E. Stowe was born FEB 1864 in Franklin Co., GA, and died ABT 1910 in Newburg, Franklin Co., AL. She married Frank Smith Farr 21 JAN 1886 in Franklin Co., GA. He was born JUN 1862 in Banks Co., GA, and died ABT 1920 in Newburg, Franklin Co., AL.
ii. Robert H. Stowe was born JAN 1866 in Franklin Co., GA, and died 2 NOV 1950 in Jackson Co., GA.
iii. Thomas W. Stowe was born 1868 in Franklin Co., GA, and died AFT 1930 in Greer Co., Oklahoma.
iv. William James Stowe was born 10 OCT 1869 in Carnesville, GA, and died 17 DEC 1914 in Carnesville, Franklin Co., GA.
v. Sarah E. Stowe was born 1871 in Franklin Co., GA, and died AFT 1880 in Franklin Co., GA.

Line of descent is William James Stowe who married Martha "Mattie" Elizabeth Browning, daughter of Newton Jasper Browning and Mary Ann Whitfield.
