Stoutenburg in South Carolina 1770s and Orphan Palatine

Hi I found an Orphan Stoutenburg that was on one of the Palatine ships. I do no know who he/she is nor where they went. My gggggg-grandfather Herman/Harmon DILDINE owned land in SC in the 1770s, It was bordered by William Stoutenburg/h and Samuel Peden/Paden.
Do any of you know who William Stoutenburg is?
I believe that Herman left NJ and came to SC. Families normally traveled together. I cannot place them together anywhere else. I believe Herman left NJ before 1769 and traveled The Great Philadelphia Wagon Road which was the way the Cherokee traveled up and down the East coast. Any info would be appreciated.
