Stouts and Van Dykes of Kentucky

I would like to know the children of Joseph Stout and Elizabeth Van Dyke. He was born in 1765, and died in 1821 at Buck Creek in Spencer County KY. They were married in Culpepper Co. VA. His father was Elijah Stout who married Martha Matthews in 1764.

I am looking for the parents of Jacob Van Dyke Stout born in 1800(or 1810) in KY, married Mirah Anthony and moved to Nashville, TN in the 1830's. I am hoping that Joseph and Elizabeth are Jacob's parents, but have no proof of that.

Any info would be appreciated.
