I haven't posted to this site in quite awhile but wanted to see if someone might have info on my Story/Storey's.My grgrgrgrandfather was Jame Monroe Story(sometimes spelled Storey).He was born in England between 1807-1817.He married Lucy Amanda Ladd Jan 30,1838 in Portsmouth,New Hampshire.He had a son Albert born in 1838 or 39.He was born in Portsmouth,NH.There may have been another son John H who was born in Portsmouth 1838 or 38.He died in May 1866 in Portsmouth.According to a modified notice he was married.James died Nov 1848 in Fall River,Mass. His wife Lucy was found living with her parents James and Lucy Ladd in Mass in 1850.Albert was 12 y.o. living in a state farm in Dunbarton,NH
I was able to find a birth record for a Charles Storey born May 30,1865 in Portsmouth,NH parents were John H Storey and Adelaide.I am wondering if John is Alberts brother.
Any info would be greatly apppreciated.
