I have a John STONEMAN in my Ohio STONEMAN line. Born after 1830 in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. The son of John STONEMAN born 1791 and Ann NEWCOMB of Devonshire, England. He was the brother of my Great Granduncle, William STONEMAN. They were two of nine children born to John and Ann (NEWCOMB) STONEMAN in Ohio. I have no information on John decending. The information I have was devived from Census records and the "Historical account of Cuyahoga County".

C. D. "Skip" Whitlam
