Thomas Stone born 1743 Poynton Manor, Charles Co., Md.,died 10-5-1787, Alexandria,Va..Buried at Port Tobacco,Md. in a family plot at Haderde Venture Stone's Mansion which is a State Park. Married Margaret Brown. They had 3 children; Frederick Died 1793 age 21 a bachelor, Margaret married John Moncure Daniel in 12-15-1793, and Mildred married Travers Daniel in 7-1791.He is GGgrandson of Gov. William Stone of Md.. I'am fron Thomas Stone oldest son of the Gov..I have traced my family back to 1245 in England to present. I have about 3500 name's in my research. Butch Stone
