Well the first time I checked I thought I was the ggg grandaughter of Thomas Stogdill however I was wrong. I know have my family tree on my fathers side. Here is five generations:
1:William Kirkpatrick born in Ireland and married Margaret Daughty in Ireland but she was born in Germany. They had a son:
2: Samuel Kirkpatrick born 8/1820 in Ireland married Susanna E. Hackendubble she was born 1819 in Germany. Both died in Davis Co. Iowa. They had a daughter:
3: Margaret Ellen Kirkpatrick born 10/25/1846 in Pennsylvania and died 7/28/1878 in Davis Co. Iowa. She married William Thomas Arnold 4/3/1870. William Thomas Arnold was born 10/02/1940 in Illinois and died 6/16/1904 in Davis Co Iowa. They had a daughter:
4: Susan Anna Arnold born 10/1/1872 in Iowa and died 4/12/1911 in Davis Co Iowa. She married Thomas A. Stogdill. He was born 10/16/1870 and died 4/27/1929 in Davis Co Iowa. They had a son:
5: Leonard Earl Stogdill born 12/27/1910 and married Dorothy Steen 02/13/1933. They had a son:
6: Hadley Leon Stogdill born 8/11/?? married Claudine Sarver 09/12/1954. They had a daughter:
7: Me! Tanya Stogdill Padget born 05/19/56 and married Douglas Padget 05/11/02. The end.
