I do have ancestors from Jackson County, Indiana. Namely, my GGG Grandfather Jesse Stogdill who was born 10-21-1833. He lived in or near Houston, Indiana. I would also be interested in any of his siblings. My records show that he had 7 siblings: Thomas, James, Morris, William, Polly Ann, Samuel and Anna.
Jesse was married to Martha Collier. Please let me know if any of my information would be useful to you or if you would have anything that would pertain to my ancestry.
Jesse and Samuel were both in the Union Army.
