I believe my ancestors immigrated from Germany, Sometime before 1900, to New York, traveling from Bremen possibly. My Great Granfather, Paul Stoffle SR, born about 1884, had siblings possibly Barbara, John, Bernard, Nicholas, & Magualena. I may be mixing up branches, looking for possible roots, or connections. Paul married Katherine Kappel, they had children, Paul, born 1906 or 07, Barbara, Elizabeth & Theresa. Paul Jr, married Emma Huff, also German roots, born early 1900's, came to Ellis Island about 1909. Family lived in or around Chicago, Cook County Illinois. Their, son, my father, William had siblings George, Robert, Henry, Ester. Emma remarried Joseph Clemens, having children Raymond & Terri. I lost contact with the family after Dad died. This make fact finding difficult, since I have no one to ask, I am trying to find roots & reconnect, very grateful for any information on anyone I may share a branch with. Thanks in advance Kathy
