I am trying to locate the parents of Andrew Stockton b 1823. I found information about an Andrew P Stockton b Sep 1823 referencing a book about Stockton's. This listed Andrew P's parents as George Stockton and Ann Barbara Platter. The name of the book is The Stockton Family of New Jersey and other Stocktons. The family of George and Anne Barbara (or Barbara Anne) is listed on page 261. I found a copy of this on Heritage Quest.
