Mary Elizabeth Stocker was born in NY in 1808 and m. Clinton Love who was also born in NY in 1804. Mary Stocker may have been from the family of Stockers who moved from Connecticut (maybe the New London area) to NY. She and Clinton had the following family:
Lucretia Love m. Nathan Codner
Clarissa Love m. Gilbert Tuttle
John Love m. Fidelia King and Polly Porter (John died in Civil war)
Rachel Love m. James Erkenbrack
Jeremiah Love m. Phoebe Alvira Runyan
Geo. Washington Love m. Carolyn Rathbun
Alida Love m. Ed Runyan (Civil war casualty) and then m. Joseph Allbee
Mary Lydia Love m. David Quakenbush
Henry Clinton Love m. Susan Palmer
Albert Love m. Abby Scovil #2 m. Effie Travis
Clinton Love died and was bured in Wisconsin. Mary Elizabeth then moved to Kansas to live with her son, and she died in Sabetha in 1889. She shares a headstone with her son-in-law, Joseph Allbee.
