Hello, My name is Amy Mountain and my grandmother was Katharine Ellen Stocker born 12/26/1905 died 9/1905 buried Charles Evans Cemetary. Katharine's father's name was Adam J. and he was killed in a vat explosion on 10/20/1905. Adam had four siblings (Katie m. Charles Deale, Henry, Caroline m. ? Liquid from Venezuela, and J. George m. Anna P. Watkins). J. George was the executor of his father's will (John G. Stocker who emigrated from Baden, Germany in 1869). John G. Stocker was born 8/5/1850 in Baden, Germany and died in Carlsbad, Bohemia in 1903. John G. Stocker had five siblings: Caroline m. Henry Daum, Adam, George (Reading area), Christian (Germany) and Frederick (died in Danville, PA). Living in Baden, Germany were the parents of these six children. The parents' names were John Stocker and Catherine Stocker (Werren) and they emigrated to America in October 1873 to live with their son, John G. Stocker, until their deaths (John died 1874 and Catherine died 11/17/1879). If anyone has any additional information on any of these Stockers, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
