Stitts of Ontario - John & Isabella 1880's-1900's

I am trying to find the connection of my Grandmother's branch of Stitts. Online what I have found so far is a 1911 census of Smith Falls in Ontario with my Grandma's family listed - father John Stitt mother Isabella Stitt. She told me her family bible had her grandmother's name written in it as well, also Isabella. My G Grandfather was a piano teacher and Presbyterian minister. Referencing Diane Moorhead's research has lead me to assuming that my G Grandfather John is son of James II born in Goulbourn Twp who married Isabella Montgomery. I am posting to confirm this assumption if anyone can help out. Any help for tracing this branch further back would be greatly appreciated as well! ~ Maggie Tate
