Hi, Having just recieved a copy of my great grandmothers birth entry I am hot on the trail of her parents. The information I now have for my g.gandmother is as follows STITT Edith Catherine, B. 18/01/1899, Belfast Ireland M. KERR Thomas Edward B. 31/08/1899, Scotland Edith Catherine's parents are as follows Father - Thomas STITT Mother - Elizabeth KERR This information seems to substantiate a widely held belief that my great grand parents were blood cousins. If anyone has research interests with these I would be more than happy to share what little I know. Also I am working on the assumption that they are cousins and therefore either the Kerrs or Stitts would have had to move to Ireland in order for her parents to have met - does anyone have any clue as to which is the most probable. With many thanks Tracy Notify Administrator about this message?
