Mine came from Irvine area and my gr-gr-gr grandfather William was actually born in Donegal, Ireland in 1787. He married Jean Blair in Kilwinning. The Stirrats probably went back and forth to Ireland and Scotland? William's parents were John Stirrat and Mary Ann Black. I know nothing about them. Notify Administrator about this message?
