I am searching for decendants of Wilhelm Stiller. I have letters writtem from Wilhelm to my grandmother Mary Schurr in Chicago. Mary Schurr was geborne Thiel in Schoenwalde kreis Frankenstien in 1876.
I believe Wilhelm was born in Schoenwalde kreis Frankenstein. His parents were Anna Thiel and Caspar Stiller. Wilhelm was born 7/15/1892. Wilhelm married Friedel (Frieda) Gertenheir geborne Feb 1, 1894 in Frankfurt/Main. Frieda came to Muehlhaussen on Oct 23, 1920. They lived at Tiedemannstrasse 68 (now called Karl Muenster Str.) in Muhlhausen where Wilhelm was a policeman in 1921. During September - October 1922 they had a woman named Fraciska Fuchs living with them.
On Nov 22, 1923 they moved to Eisenach where Wilhelm was also a policeman. They lived at Fabrikstr. 1, and Waranderstr. 59. Records show them in this town through 1929.
