I believe our Stienecker/Steiniker relatives are the same. My Stiniker's were also in Warren Co., Mo; Franklin Co., Mo; and Hancock Co., Iowa. I can't seem to find any records stating what part of Germany they came from. I haven't proven all this information, most was pasted on to me by relatives. This is all I have on this family.

Herman & Christina Steiniker were both born in 1787 in Germany.

Their son, WILLIAM (1810-1886)was born in Germany, and married Sophia who was two years younger. They had five children.

HENRY (1838-1872)was born in MO and married Henriette Stille.

WILLIAM

LOUISA (1844-1941) She married Henry Stille in Warren Co., Mo on 18 Oct 1861

HERMAN

ERNEST

I came through the line of the first listed son, Henry. Then his son, William Henry Steiniker. Next is Gladys Steiniker who is my grandmother. (She is still living and is now 93 years old)
