I am searching for information regarding the Stickles Family of Dutches Co. NY. I was able to trace back to my g2grandfather Frank A Stickles b: 4 Aug 1863 (Ancramdale, NY) d: 25 May 1934 (Philmont, NY). His wife was Mervelia Sharts b: 22 Oct 1864 (Pine Plains, NY) d: ?.
They had a child named Sara Eliza Stickles b: 27 Apr 1887 (Poughkeepsie, NY) d: 1 July 1955 (Poughkeepsie, NY). I can't find anything regarding Frank & Mervelia's other children nor anything on his parents.
I have searched everywhere and am beginning to think this is a different branch of Stickles never discovered. I jest of course.
I am hoping someone has some information on this family.
